Shipping policy
- We have a transparent shipping policy to make aware to all the customers. Once you place an order, we try our level best to bring your product to your doorstep at the earliest. For domestic and international services, our delivery partner is Shiprocket and India Post.
- All domestic orders may take 3-8 days time and international orders may take 11-14 days.
- We serve the best through registered international courier services for international customers. So your order and shipping will be attended at its best. The customs duty charges at the sole responsibility of the customer and Jimikki doesn't have any control over it.
- You will get a reference number through SMS or email once your product is shipped
- It is not Jimikki's responsibility for any lags placed by the courier companies during product delivery.
- Jimikki is committed to delivering your product in good condition only. If there is any damage that happened during the transit, it can be brought to our notice.
- If the product once shipped is returned to us due to incorrect address or the customer refuses to receive the product, the shipping charges of both sides must be paid by the customer without fail.
- The customer can track the order by SMS and email from Jimikki
- If in case we couldn't deliver your items you're ordered, we will not charge for the item and will refund the full money without fail.
