Return and refund policy
- If in case the product you ordered and received is not in a good condition or the package tampers, return the product immediately to the delivery person. Also, please be in touch with our customer service () or email us at () along with your order ID. We won't charge you extra money for this and the new product will reach you in 7 business days.
- The refund will be done in the same payment mode made by the customer. The refund will be processed once we receive the product back.
- Refund policies are applicable for domestic customers as the exchange, refunds or returns are not available to international customers due to the cost of shipping.
